Never had a problem with the ink,

I also their products in general as they are a no nonsense company which backs up their products 100% and that is my kind of store, just like Best Buy.

So far so good!

Had to get a new printer because the driver for the black ink stopped working on my HP. Still a little confused on having two different black cartridges. I am guessing it is just like the HP and one is "photo black".
