Ink seems to evaporate

The printer warns me that the ink is dangerously low, but in fact I can print quite a few more pages even after it tells me it's empty. I'm sure most folks replace them when there is still usable ink. I've had canon printers for decades, but doubt I'll buy another one.

Do not expect to get an extremely long life out of these as they will eventually dry up if you do not use them. If youre looking for high yield black only printing, save yourself the hassle and just buy a laser printer that takes toner instead of ink
