These cartriges don't seem to last

The whole set of cartridges for the printer to work (5) cost over $40 and don't last as long as the ones for other printers I owned before.

Ripped off

An incompetent customer service rep didn't give credit for returning it. Consequently, rather than taking my word over an ex-employee I am beinf forded to pay for it. I have never been so insulted in my life

Next store told him they don't stock this item.
