Although these are very expensive, I have tried knock off cartridges and there is definitely a difference in quality. Definitely go with XL, it’s a better deal.

I have been using this ink for a long time now. Not to say I do hundreds of prints a day, but the quality of prints and the amount is very nice.

Watch out for an Xl Black ink bundled with regular colored ink. It is cheaper to buy Xl black and Xl colored separate.

Canon might be the most expensive, in terms of cost per page, but the quality is 2nd to none. Always buy xl to get your money's worth.
