Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I purchased the wrong ink number, it was very difficult for me to install. the clerk did show me but at 73 I'm not as agile as he was and i spilled ink on my hands and my clothes. Never had a problem with my old copier, but my iMac was no longer compatible with the new update. I was very upset when I finally got in installed, but the printer told me this is the wrong ink and would not print.

Too little ink

orange plastic safety tab is a bad design

The ink dries up if not used often.
