I have had unopened replacement cartilages not work...dried out even in original packaging. Not good. Need to use the printer weekly.

They are very expensive, I would be curious what I'm paying for a basic copy. My prior HP product seemed to do better.

Had no problem with returning it. the store got me another one after all the paper work. I had my receipt too.
