Too Expensive

Canon has refused numerous requests for help in downloading software for their printer. Buy non- canon ink 1/3 the price, excellent quality without the frustration of dealing with canon. They still have not been able to offer an answer as to why I burn colored inks really quick when I'm printing strictly B/W. What a Farce!
