Works great for it's specific application for the style of printer.

I always purchase genuine Canon inkjet cartridges because they don't seem to dry out in the printer if not used for extended periods of time. They are easy to install and perform as expected.

We like to use the brand name ink for our Cannon printer and we have never had any issues. The ink lasts quite a while for us as well, so it's worth the cost.

This ink is what is required by my printer so I really don't have a choice. However, I have never had a complaint about the quality of this product! I just wish it was a little less expensive.

I've been using this brand of ink for years. The colors don't smudge. The resulting printout is always the way I expect it to be.

So I have a Canon MP470 combo scanner/ printer. I usually print on HP Office Paper (20lb 92 Brightness w/ Colorlok). I am using this for printing powerpoint slides for classes, Normally I do not print at full color or else the cartridge runs out fast. I use the Fast Print setting and it makes the cartridge last for a few hundred prints. If I end up printing at full color it makes the page wavy from the ink soaking through the 20lb page. If you are going to be doing lots of full color prints, buy a heavier pound paper. Pretty ok ink, no complains- maybe they could make larger cartridges.

I have been using this ink for 5 years and have not had any issues with it. My only problem is that you often have to change the two together or they refuse to work.

Ink cartridge packaging and quality are nice. Happy no issues. Printer is older, but very reliable. Glad the cartridges are still available.

I've found that the canon refills are perfect match for high def photos printing , and lasts longer than others for same quality and quanity of photographs
