Your Geek Squad is well trained and very customer friendly. This means that they always help me with what I need. I bought a new Dell and they have helped me three times in three days. Locate the supplies and install them. What more could I expect?

Expensive, but better for the printer. I had previously been using those CISS systems if eBay, but have realized that I have gone through more printers using them as the ink dries in the tubes or head and damages the printer. Stick with the manufacturers ink people. It's not worth it to save a few bucks.

My last printer I had to buy 5 separate irrigates for each color. This is two cartridges for black and color, which seems to last longer than the HP junk I purchased before.

Canon printer ink received in a timely manner! Not yet used, my printer is having service, not able to insert cartridges as the carriage would not move into position for cartridges to be inserted! The cartridges are fine!

Highly recommend using genuine ink products as I have been burned more than once using off-brand inks. Too often, they will not be recognizable to the printer and I am fairly certain they caused my old printer to fail. I will never used off-brand inks again! The quality of this ink is exceptional, even for photos!
