    It serves it's purpose, but definitely want to upgrade to a printer that takes the ink bottles instead. These cartridges will eventually stop being made making a perfectly good piece of electronics obsolete so they can sell you another. Also tired of companies making products to eventually to just fill landfills and pollute our environments with.

    I went in to look at new laptops and get ink for my printer. I was looking at the ink cartages and an employee moved a ladder out of my way but when I tried to stop him and ask him a question he was gone. I had to go search for someone and I saw the same guy who seemed like he was walking around me basically around the whole department, and I asked him for help he asked me what was up or something like that very rude and I got to ask my very quick question and he treated me like I was dumb for asking about the ink. Then he left, very messy looking ,very rude. I also bought a gift card, even when I was in that department, which was near video games there were several employees over there and not one asked if I needed anything or spoke. The store was not busy at all when I went. I gave any stars because of the cashier she was super nice and helpful, explained something to me about my credit card. Customer service has really gone down at this store a lot.
