    Overly expensive. My lord, this is ink in a plastic box! Why so expensive? I found a much cheaper alternative ink cartridge for black ink, which is what I use the most and have had no problems.

    Brought more ink when purchased a new laptop. Didnt feel like travelling to another store. Didnt notice til got home online price was cheaper than i was charged in store. The color ink runs out fast but theres no alternative for my printer.

    I am not happy with the color (or lack therof) cartridge. It shows up rather muted and not in bright colors like it is supposed to. New cartridge, but maybe stale??? I couldn't return it, as it was past the 15-day grace period when I got the printer set up.

    I purchased this item a month ago. Now, the printer is already reporting that the black ink cartridge is low. I have not printed a lot of pages. In fact, I have printed less than 50 pages. It does not live up to my expectations.

    I rate this low because the photo paper is a waste. How many people print photos when yo can just show pictures on the TV? I have several packages of the photo paper and have never used them. SELL THE PAPER SEPARATELY. Then lower the price of what we really need. THE INK.

    The ink doesn't last as long as the previous purchase, but that's probably due to the printer. I'm looking for a better printer that makes quality photos.
