However, when I installed them the printer showed an error and I ended up replacing the 'new' cartridges with the old ones.

No choices

Asked CS if they would check stock. Told they don't control stock of ink and that's all they had. Too expensive for 2 cartridges and a sample of photo paper. Wanted to get member points but will not matter again. Will go elsewhere in future.

Unexpected major issue

Lenovo tech support had me try two things, and then when that didn't work, told me I should return it and it was the seller's problem after that. Was expecting more from this brand.
