When you use the Canon printer for the first time right after you install the provided ink tanks, the Canon printer consumes ink in the amount to enable printing by filling the nozzles of the Print Head with ink. For this reason, the number of sheets that can be printed with the first ink tanks is fewer than the succeeding ink tanks.     Canon ink is sometimes better than HP -- it seems to last longer especially when the printer reads low ink, it goes even longer.

    This ink toner works well with my Canon MG2522 printer. It prints out good solid color prints with a relatively long useful life. It works well real well for the amount of usage I print.

    It's good but I would prefer the XL version as it lasts longer. However, due to the pandemic, demand for printer ink has increased and the XL versions were not available.
