    You need to offer a combo ink pack that is actually CHEAPER to buy than purchasing a black and a color separately. Not a combo pack that is MORE expensive! It's ridiculous!

    I stood by the ink cartridges for 15minutes, waiting for help just to be told there were no black and white cartridges in the store or back in the size I wanted
