    Item was defective. Returned it. Got it BACK with a note saying, in essence ‘this item was unreturnable’. If unreturnable, why accept a return, and then why would you go to the length of wasting more money to ship it back?

    I could not use the one you send, I needed 245 for color. I told the guy who I was chatting with, and he said no I needed246 for color. It is too large I could not get it in!! The black was fine!!
