The whole "low cost of printer, high cost of ink over time" is really annoying. I am not suggesting this is Best Buy's problem to solve, but commentary in general.

I tried a discount, online ink supplier and it was a total waste of good money. Canon ink is made for Canon printers! Best Buy always has my Canon ink at a reasonable price and the in-store pickup is great when my ink is not in stock. Never waited more than a day or two.

The only problem is that there are not one of the inks there. I have to go to office depot to get it.

I can't believe what a great deal this Cannon ink is. The price of the product is reasonable, somewhat less than competitors. Plus I get an additional discount for being a Elite reward member. I also love the quality of print I get from this ink. I even get reward points for purchasing this product.

My biggest problem with this ink cartridge package is that you have to buy the large black cartridge separately

Easy to install, but unfortunately Best Buy no longer carries these cartridges as singles. You have to buy the multipack, which can get costly if you only need one color. This is the only reason I even bought this. I really only needed cyan.

The canon ink cartridges were easy to find and in stock for my particular model of ink jet 3 in 1 printer. Forget the off brand ink cartridges. Stick with the canon cartridges to maintain the quality. Even with a 4 year old printer, the ink cartridges still maintain the print quality.
