I've only used this product for a short while since my Canon printer is rather new. As is all printers, the price of the printer is very reasonable, but the cost of refill cartridges seems expensive. However, these cartridges area easy to install and provide rich colors. Only one needs to be replaced at a time where some printers require all cartridges to be replaced when one is empty.

Very easy to put into the printer and a great price

Only thing I don't like is the price. But, Canon isn't alone in the overpricing. Ink cartridges in general are way too expensive. Sell the printers cheap, and make lots of profit on the ink - for years to come. I have had very costly problems when I tried to cut corners by using genneric replacements. So, its OEM for me when it comes to printer ink.

Canon OEM ink, while more expensive is better than the off brand that you’ll find. I’ve tried off brands before and I almost always have a problem with them, either being dried out, not working right, or not working at all. Just wish they would reduce the price.

Good quality product worked as it should. It seems there is still some ink left even when my printer says "empty." I replaced the color cartridges but not the black because I wanted to see how long it takes until it's actually dry. Still going. Unbelievable! I wish I waited longer to replace the color cartridges.

The best price in town! It’s nice to be able to go to the store to get the colored ink cartridges when your printer runs out of a color and you don’t have to wait for delivery.

I only use Canon ink in my printer. I've never had any issues with their ink clogging, drying out, etc. I've printed out recipes, photos, documents, etc. and have a consistent outcome.

I bought the factory Canon ink because the aftermarket ink, although it worked ok for awhile, made me think my printer was clogged or failing. I ran the cleaning cycle, still unacceptable. Got the new OM ink, and presto: good printing again! Photos and all look great. No more cut-rate inks

Works like the toner should. Quick delivery/pick-up. Easy on-line search. Best Buy had on hand, Canon was continually "BACKORDER" and this was on multiple orders. So try Best Buy first.

I have been using this product for years and have never been disappointed

Yeah I know they are just cartridges, but we use these in our photo printer. Never been disappointed with the quality of ink or # of uses we get out of these. Buy the pack which is the better value.
