    This printer requires five cartridges. The gray is missing in this package. Canon should fix.

    I order these ink cartridages online, and when i pick them up at your store in Montebello, ca, it looks like package had been opened, , when opened box at home, the cartriadege were all lose in box and dry too... the reason i found out is that i kept repeating trying to print and it was so light couldnt see anything..

    I only gave it one star because I needed the ink to print out pictures for my sons yearbook what a mistake I was able to print out at the most 15 pictures and then I needed to replace ink :( don't waste your time or money not a good product and the printer I also got from Best Buy was even worst by far those two products was a waste of money I learned my lesson.

    When I popped off the plastic safety seal black ink poured out onto the desk top and all over my hands. Much to my dismay the red did the same. I was desperate for the ink so installed them as the outpour wasn't ongoing. Once installed, I had lost half of the ink in each. Worse, I will have to buy again or replace the printer!
