    Why do I need to buy five cartridges? Other printer need two cartridges only to operate. More money for you?Also the cartridges are narrow and so it does not have much ink on them.

    These are cartridges for a Cannon printer. This one doesn't have the large black tank and I already had that one. There is also a small cartridge (photo blue I think) which is not included but that one doesn't need to be replaced as often as the others.
