Needed the ink, they had most of it (but not all cartridges that I needed. They were able to give me another idea to get the rest of the ink that I needed.

It is ink. It makes my printer go. It is almost cheaper to just buy a new printer every time you need ink. They are a little too proud of their product for what you get. I am thinking of getting one of those printers with the refillable ink. Seems like when you buy a printer these days the ink is easy to find for about 6 months and they change the style for the next model.
