Bad chips?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i needed to replace the cyan and yellow, and magenta was almost empty, but they couldn't read in the printer, saying there was an error with them, they showed empty levels and an x on a new black cartridge i also needed. cleaning the nozzles and doing some test prints to see how things were printing out only showed magenta and black. before these i had generic ink which were no problem, so now i bought generic ink again on amazon and everything runs smoothly.
