EVERYTHING FROM PLACING THE ORDER, HAVING IT CANCELLED 4 TIMES, TO HAVING TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES WHO DO NOT HELP YOU FIND A SOLUTION TO YOUR BEST BUY RELATED ISSUES. I HAVE ENJOYED SHOPPING WITH BEST BUY IN THE PAST, BUT THIS TIME I AM JUST OVERWHELEMED AND FRUSTRATED AT HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE HAS BECOME. I WOULD RATHER DEAL WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAN HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE HEADACHES THAT COME WITH THEM. SHOP ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY SERVICE AND A GOOD ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THEY ADVERTISE ITEMS AS IN STOCK AND THEN TAKE HOURS TO TELL YOU IT'S ACTUALLY NOT. WASTE OF TIME SHOPPING ONLINE WITH THEM.
