    I substituted a cheaper equivalent. It was a disaster. I used this original Canon ink. The best results.

    I am giving a thumbs up to this black cartridge even though I have not had to use it. My new Canon AIO printer came with all 6 cartridges and I have not had to replace any yet. Because it is a genuine Canon replacement cartridge I have nothing but faith in the fact that it will be great when I need it. This opinion is from years of using nothing but genuine Canon cartridges & never been disappointed.
