Has worked fine every time

As with any ink cartridge, I'm not sure if I'm getting all the ink usage available in the cartridge, but I do leave the cartridge in as long as possible past the low-ink warnings.

So long Canon, never again.

Another bad ink experience

Often we wait and get a notice that it’s not available. In this case we received this exact ink cartridge and a day or two later we were notified this “replacement” had been ordered and was already shipped. We couldn’t cancel it so I paid for an ink I don’t need yet. We have cancelled this service. Should’ve done that awhile ago. The customer service around this issues was less than satisfactory.

Very annoyed

Placed the order and had it sent to my house. Well the ink shown above is wrong one, so now I have to return to store and return the wrong ink and hope they have right one in stock. Very annoying as I had items that needed to be printed right away. Took file to friends to be printed.

love the printer but needs black ink to print!

When however, I attempted to insert the large black cartridge it leaked as soon as I took the cap off. This delay is late because I was in FLA and did not return until late April. I will gladly send the defective one to you but would like to have it replacement . I will purchase a small black cartridge in the meantime.
