    I have used Canon ink for several years in my Canon printer and it works with no problem. My photo prints are excellent, and I print a lot of plain-paper stuff that is also fine.

    The original (regular sized) cartridge seemed to exhaust fairly quickly. Hard to say how much of a difference the XL version makes, but at least I'll have fewer purchases/replacements over time.

    These work great. Only reason I give 4 stars is that they don't last very long even with it being XL model. I only print a few times a month, but it seems like it's always drying out.

    I bought this because it was cheap and instead of buying the colored one I bought 2 blacks. First one working fine and other one is stored. I will comment if the second one dries out while being stored in a airtight container.

    I needed to print ran out of ink bought this one black because the store did not have the color pack, put the ink in and the printer still did not print needed the other colors.
