The printer is fairly large and every time I print a document it starts a re set and makes you wait to do the next print out. The copies do come out clean but the software needs to be better.

First laser printer I have owned and still learning the ins and outs. I am so far very happy with the printer.

This All-In-One is a great product. The print quality is excellent. It also prints double-sided which is a plus. However, when I purchased this product, I was assured that All-In-One capabilities include fax which it does not. I I now have to purchase another one that can send and receive faxes.

For the most part easy to set up. Except just learned there is an extra step I need to do to get the scanner to work. Need to figure out. Quality of printing and copying is excellent. Should be good for large projects. Ink is pricey but like feature of double-sided printing. Saves on paper.

Works great. Unit is bulky and heavy but does everything it is supposed to. Connected quickly with home network.

Replaced my old printer with this one as it was printing in such a way I needed 3D glasses to read anything. I can finally throw those glasses out now that I got this printer! It's quick and prints like a dream, if your dream happens to be in pixels and smelling of toner, which mine do!

This has been a great printer for my office!! I wonder how I lived without a laser printer all of these years.

This is the first laser printer that I’ve owned. I am never going back to ink-jet printers. This thing is awesome for my home office. Ink lasts forever, it’s fast, the scanner option is nice. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought this after having returned the Brother - HL-L2395DW (due to connectivity issues) and couldn't be more impressed. Color print quality is great, it prints very fast, and it always stays connected. Best printer I've owned!

Great quality prints, easy to set up, lots of great functions. The tray is very cheap. I think I stretched the spring trying to clear a jam now it does not work at all. Purchased 6 weeks ago and they will not take back.

Bought this on sale. Haven't used a whole lot but where I have its been very good. Printer quality excellent. Set up was easy and without problems. This printer appears to do everything. Must say its much more than I needed but was TIRED of ink cartridges drying up between usage.

I've used it for a little over a month and I've had no issues. Paper feeds well from the tray but is a bit finicky feeding individual sheets by hand. Biggest down side is Cannon seems to be pretty light on software. You can find scanning software on their web site but, I had to go looking for it.

No regrets on this one... Got it for $200 on sale and worth every penny. Prints lightning fast, ink lasts much longer since it uses toner cartridge, and, in general, quality is not sacrificed. You could find a Canon ink jet printer with higher output but for everyday use hands down a smart purchase.

I finally bought a high quality machine. I absolutely got what the salesman promised! It is still amazing me. I/we made an excellent choice by doing the research and then making this purchase. Best Buy tells you their return policy in case you want to return it. But you will not need it!

Bought this as I have a small home office and I need how to print things on a regular basis and need something that looks professional. This printer is amazing. The colors are vibrant and clear. And The copier is so good I have a hard time telling between the original and the copied version.

Always been happy with Canon products...this is not exception. Prints well for all types of projects. However, colors are not good enough for quality pictures so I send those out for printing. I knew this was going to be the case. Love not having to deal with ink!!!

We replaced our older ink jet printer that broke. My wife has a small home business and mostly prints shipping labels or colorful 8x10 displays. This works perfectly for us and the colors are even sharper than the old ink jet. We have had it for a little over a month now and it's perfect so far.

I had no issues setting up this printer and getting it working. It is a large and heavy printer. It takes up about 17 by 17 inches and I believe it weighs in at about 44 lbs. Once I got it unboxed, which is a pretty easy procedure, and got it in the location I wanted, I got all the tape off, etc and had it on my network and working in about 20 minutes. Normal text printing and some graphics and I even printed a picture and they all look good. I wouldn't use this as a dedicated printer for photos, but for flyers, etc, I'd think it would work well. I will need to see how changing the laser cartridges goes once I need to do that and hopefully it will be an easy process. I've been an inkjet user and haven't dealt with a laser printer in quite some time. So we'll see how all that goes. And, one reason I picked this unit was the lower price of the cartridges. They aren't cheap by any means, but they are a little cheaper than some.
