Great copier for home use does everything and the print quality is great. Cartridges are a little expensive but other than that it is a great product

It would intermittently throw some kind of undocumented error; a power cycle would resolve it for a few days but it would come back. Updating the firmware fixed that. Easy enough to use, toner life is OK. Setup was easy on hardwire LAN. Scanner works well, and it also has a working Linux driver for the entire thing. The printer is pretty fast, and the warmup time is very short. Scan to NAS works great too.

This printer is a great printer works great little challenging to set up on wireless but once done it works like a charm. Very nice quality printing and good speed

Works great. I was tired of buying the little ink cartridges that just dried up and when you need to print there was no ink. This works great.

Nice color printer and I used it to printer my dissertation. Hope it could have duplex copy and scan functions.

Printer works really great. Tried off brand ink and regreat that decision. From now on it will be cannon toner to get the best possible print quality.

This printer is listed as an 'ALL IN ONE' Which is a lie. This model does not support Fax. Sales man tool me it did. Next time I go to NFM to purchase.

I purchased this after my ink jet died and couldn't be happier. It is easy to set up and works incredibly well.

Great printer for the money with many nice features. Connects easily via wifi, needs a cord to scan to pc but that's minor. Prints fast with great quality.

Great printer, copier, scanner. Need to learn how to change the settings and adjust paper size but overall... happy with this purchase.

I've owned this for over a year, very happy with quality of prints and longevity of ink. Problem is keeping it hooked to wireless after turning it off. Computer won't find the printer and takes sometimes hours to get it to connect. In fact it has been 3 months now that I have not used it for anything but a copier as I can't get it to hook to any of my computers and don't have the time to dink with it right now.

We had this printer for about two years. It printed well for most of that time, but toward the end, we started getting streaks on our pages. I feel like we should have gotten more life out of it before having to replace the drum unit (I assume this is the issue). We instead bought a new printer.
