Good machine. Bulky but efficient
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well once you get it set up. Wireless can be tricky on this. Make sure you use 2.4 network and not 5.0 if your router goes that fast. It won't work on higher speed and will create issues.

it is big and heavy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This printer is heavy I had it for a month now I am using it in my home . to set the printer I needed customer service help he spend some time to finish setting .One bad thing in it when printing takes time to start like few second ,and because I am not expert on electronic, I did not know how to print from my cell phone .

Good home machine

It has every functionality that you need for every day office work. It would be better if it was able to copy double sided pages. For the size it okay with without the functionality. The more functionality, I notice the machine size is bigger.

Finicky printer

We have it setup as a wireless printer, and it loses connection from time to time. It is not a signal issue as all other devices in the vicinity have a very strong connection. Have not been able to figure this one out.
