This printer has a quick first page print, the replacement toners aren't too expensive, print quality is very good, and duplex printing standard is a great feature. I wish the printer could support the 5ghz band, and that the scan to server setup could be much easier.

The printer was decent. I am a Mac user so the computer connected seemlessly. However, if you can to do custom sizes, you will need to go to the printer n\and configure it from the scren. No convenient if this needs to be done on a regular basis.

We were hoping to find a replacement for our B&W laser printer and our Inkjet color, and this one showed up on sale - so we grabbed it. Easy set up, plenty of functionality - though we are wondering when we will ever use the fax again...

I was excited to get a color laser printer. it setup quickly and made nice, reasonably quiet copies. The excitement died when my son printed ten pages for a school project and nearly all ink cartridges were empty. New cartridges run $70 - $90 each, and the printer takes four. What's worse, after getting new for more than the cost of the printer, the new cartridges also quickly began running our of ink. This printer is so expensive I tell my kids unless it would cost you $25 a page to print it elsewhere, don't use this printer. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The quality of print jobs is good but the touch screen is hard to use. The manual isn't much help when it comes to figuring out how to use the printer.

Great printer for the price - setup is complex and takes a bit of time but once done you have a quality printer with lots of features. Only a 4 due to setup time. This is a good printer to make the just from ink jet to true laser.

Originally purchased an HP the incorrectly advertised it did 2 sided printing. This Canon only cost $40 more than the HP it bought and does do 2-sided printing. The only negative is it prints a little slow, but that is not a big problem for me.

Has worked great since purchase. Wireless functionality has been great. Printer is fast and toner has lasted a long time (just replaced after 15 months).

Bought this printer to use with an iMac. Installation is going to require GeekSquad assistance as the only way I can get it to print is to unplug it and plug it in again.

It prints great but my husband spent an ENTIRE day getting it set up with what we needed. Super frustrating. It comes with essentially no instructions beyond turning it on.

We were told that this would be a great printer for printing labels at home, and turns out it’s quite the opposite. We don’t know why, buyt it always jams on the label paper. We have it on the right setting, and I hate having to sit by the printer and fix it after every label page it prints. It’s so frustrating! I will say, though, that the resolution and color are beautiful on this printer. And when we only run regular paper through it, it does a great job. It just doesn’t do what we need it to do, and that’s the reason why we bought it.

This printer is fast and easy to setup. We still haven't had to replace the ink and we have printed so many documents for our kids distance learning.

printer is great for my at home office. ink cartridges are kind of expensive but I get a lot of prints before needing to replace the cartridge

Good printer although wireless scanner has been unpredictable in its operation. Also the on screen printer control is difficult to use at times i.e. checking 2 sided on copy command switches to scan function. Color printing is wonderful.

We were determined to get a laser printer instead of an inkjet so the ink wouldn't dry out. I'm happy to say that it was easy to connect and works well although a little bit slower than we'd hoped. A nice printer overall!

pronter was great, unfortunately something happened to it that caused it not to power back on but bestbuy took care of me and exchanged it with out any heaitation. now i have this wonderful printer up and running again.

This printer is wonderful for small business needs but i do have an issue with the touch screen. I feel like I have to press so hard on the touch screen that i'm breaking it, Wish there was a way to adjust the sensitivity.

This printer is working well for us so far. Picture quality is pretty good for a toner printer. Like that it offers the 11x17 paper option. Have not tried scanning yet, but everything thing else was very straightforward.

Setup was easy, the instructions were a bit lacking but if you are at all tech savvy you can get it connected to your wireless network

Great printer but installation manual needs some improvement. I still have one plastic part with unknown destination.
