I am coming from a inkjet and the toners for the laser printer is expensive. But overall good printer.

Haven't really used it yet. But will be happy not to have to buy expensive ink that dries out quickly.

This is my first laser printer purchase and exceeds my expectations. Would certainly highly recommend!

The printer itself seems to be quality. The software and the setup is an absolute nightmare. Will not connect properly to my old HP PC, will not connect properly to my brand new $1,500 Lenovo ThinkCentre. Doesn't matter what I do it won't scan to the PC, sometimes it prints and sometimes it does not, getting many error messages from both the printer and PC. 6 months and many hours later, failure. I tried using the install cd with usb, without usb, doesn't work. You need to be a software engineer to install this correctly and I'm not paying $200 for somebody to do it for me. Avoid avoid avoid. My Apple iPhone with the Cannon App found the printer and works great after a 3 min installation process. That just tells me they don't make the software as compatible as it should be.

I have had bad luck with printers in the past but this is an awesome printer. I am very pleased with it!

canon printer is ok with competitors such as hp. cheaper ink cartridges than hp...so, in budget...

This is a great product. I have purchased 3 of these. Wireless capabilities, and easy touch screen access.

Works great! Sometimes theres a connection issue with wifi but easily resolved with reconnecting.

This is a very good all in one office equipment. It was a little complicated to set up but works very well.

Best printer and scanner I've ever bought. Could not survive without it.

Have been searching for a decent laser multi device for quite a while. Finally found it. I like this printer

This printer is much faster than what we've been using & except that it's rather large, we like it just fine.

Prints great, scanner does not produce scans that are very clear

I love this laser printer . is Fast, Great color printer and fast scanner. easy to wireless setup.

This printer was on sale for a good price, but after a few weeks it only prints every other page. If you print multiple copies, it will print the first perfectly, but the second jams in the machine. After clearing, the third prints both sides perfectly, however the fourth jams etc. etc. etc. If you only print 1 copy at a time it may be the printer for you.

I've been using this printer for 3 years and still loving it.

Set up was different than the instructions were for an IMac, but seems to be working great so far!

the printer was delivered as advertised and set up was easy. works great and quality is good

Once I got the settings right it's been great every since. No more dried up ink for me.
