This has been a great printer and a very good value.

Worked good with no problems for the 1st year and lo and behold right after the warranty expired it started getting an intermittent error that requires me to shut the printer off and then on again.

I usually buy HP printers, but decided to buy this one because of the reviews and because the ink was a little less expensive than HP printer ink. However, I am not satisfied with the quality of the printers. I have owned this printer for almost 2 years, and am now in the process of looking for another one. I also have trouble using the menu to obtain an output report. It has trouble with cardstock and envelopes.

This printer works fine but requires technical support for even basic functions including connecting to mobile devices. I can't believe the difficulty we've had in trying to keep it connected to our devices. Then when we try to call customer service, it is virtually non - existent... They don't answer and if they do, wait times are long. I really wanted to get this one right but didn't... Wouldn't do Canon again!

I produce diplomas on card stock and it does not feed that type of paper. Not enough balls to do it, then I have to get toner all over my hands fishing it out. May come back to Canon soon!

Till know is same like others copy machine. Have an extra or aditional piece, that the salesman not idea where he can attach. The printer is a Canon color images. Laser printer. Class MF632Cdw.

I had high hopes that this printer would last longer than my prior HP printers. But alas, this one died after it printed once. It won't connect to the network anymore, I can't print from a flash drive, half the menu items don't respond. Just junk. The printing looked nice the one time it did print. Since I didn't print the second time until after 30 days, now I'm stuck with an expensive door stop. Thanks Best Buy!

I bought this them in black Friday deal. It does NOT have USB cord and LAN cord. How can I use that without USB cord? I called to customer service. I didn't get the answer.

We were printing laser printed brochures. The photo print quality wasn't up to the task. It also had some printing issues.. could have been our copy. We went with HP

I purchased this printer after many successful but expensive inkjet printers, and though, hey why not upgrade to laser? You don't upgrade to CANON. Find any laser printer you want, as long as it isn't a CANON. Need something to be reliable? Don't buy a CANON. Need something that is frustration free? Don't buy a CANON. Essentially this printer/scanner is a high level user printer. I'm not kidding. This thing requires that you have 2 to 3 hours of time on your hands to set up on your network, as well as being an IT MAGICIAN. As soon as you get one computer to connect to it and successfully print, good luck getting a second computer to connect. Anyway, my point is, CANON makes a point of not doing well with network connections. If you are going to park this next to your computer and hardwire into it, no problems will probably occur, but if you even consider using the network to connect to it, all bets are off and your headache is about to need an extra dose of your preferred pain medication.

The quality is really good but it seems to have a lag when you print multiple items that aren’t duplicates.

I returned this printer to the store because it was too complicated to operate and the ink is also too expensive and doesn’t last very.

It's a really good printer nice combo. The only downside is that sometimes my phone won't connect to the printer even tho we are connected to the same wifi.

Good unit for the money. (i got it on black friday) Setup could be a little easier, but still didnt take a pro to do it.

Broke after 2 years of moderate use - wifi module fried. Per support, not repairable.

Prints great but it's wireless connectivity is awful.
