Okay printer for the price, tends to lose wifi connection from time to time.

It’s fine, but has to be rebooted frequently when printing over wifi.

Nice printer but ink is costly. The ink also doesn’t last very long.

No fax capability. Quite unusual for a high tech office machine

The canon printer works good. Color is not Great, but pretty good.

This printer is very slow and makes a lot of noise. We thought the printer was about to die many time while printing.. We've never been disappointed with Canon products before. We returned it after 10 days of usage. We took the Brother MFC instead which is WAYYYY BETTER.

Great if copying. Can’t figure out the wireless part yet

I needed a scanner for the work I do, this is not.

Nowhere in the documentation is there a method to contact support. Scanner won't combine multiple documents into one file even though it prompts you as though you can. And there is no Canon support...you are on your own. Should have purchased the Hewlett-Packard.

This copier is very large and prints slowly and only average quality. The technology is outdated with a touch screen that is not user friendly. It does not have a fax and the scan feature is poor.

constantly had issues with this model and another. This one is just out of their 3 year warranty...doesn't it always happen that way???!!! So it is now garbage at 3 ½ years old! Not happy.

Didnt even have the printer for a year and it stopped printing, the cartridges were very expensive and did not last as long as what the seller said they would.

Purchased printer for my small business because I was needing something smaller but all in one system for printer, fax & scanner. This advertises as “All in One” but does not have a fax. Very disappointed.

Constant errors, making jalopy noises, doesn't communicate with computers for scanning, user unfriendly, and I am completely baffled at how a piece of equipment can be so troublesome. It doesn't print when you need it. I'm using this in my business and look like a fool trying to print a simple receipt and have to spend 10 mins troubleshooting to get the printer to work. I am unfortunately going to have to take the hit and eat this piece of trash and buy something else.

I found this unit very difficult to use with extremely poor instructions and user manual. I ended up returning it and purchasing a Brother instead.

Don't buy this if you are looking for an easy set up wireless printer. I spent 2 hrs trying to get it to link up with my mobile device, followed directions completely, and still nothing.

Was hoping to save on printing cost for my business but it broke down after one month of minimal use. Couldn't file a claim with Canon because "the system was down" and they were going to call me back on Friday to finish the claim and didn't call. I am left without a printer while trying to file the claim, receive the packaging, send it back and wait for them send refurbished or new printer. Never had these problems with HP.

This printer has been a pain for my wife’s online business. Printing shipping labels takes numerous steps and syncing multiple devices can be a pain.

did not think it would not work with linux. wasted $400.00 just to have it sit and collect dust..

Too large and bulky and seemed complicated to use. Ended up returning.
