    Extremely Dependable

This laser printer was purchased 3 months ago and is used 5 days a week for anywhere from 30-100 prints. It has not run out of ink yet. It is extremely dependable and has not had any functioning issues but works immediately and with speed each and every time. The fax is also highly efficient. This is the best purchase I have made for my small business as of yet!!

    Must have for home use

Bought 2 printers, HP and Epson Inkjets, in the last 4 years and ditched both of them for poor quality of printing. This Canon laser printer is over the top; the quality of printing is just exceptional. Got this for $199.99 and would still buy this even at full price.

    Easy setup, nice work-from-home printer

This is my sixth Canon printer, and they just keep getting better. The Image Class MF632cdw is replacing the MG8220 I bought six years ago, which I used to print docs and pics as well as copy and scan. In short, this printer has some nice professional touches without taking up the space of a professional-grade printer. Set up wireless, the install went without a hitch and quickly. Printing from a cell phone is routine now. Copies are crisp. The 5" LCD gives the user plenty of control over prints/copies/scans. It is a nice touch for a printer at this price-point. The downside is going to be ink cost, but I just bought a full round of replacement toner from Canon on special for 20% off/free shipping. I'll be able to print in confidence for quite some time.

    AVOID THIS MACHINE

This. Machine. Is. Horrible. I'm not exaggerating. I've already had to replace it once (thank GOODNESS I bought the warranty at Best Buy) because it kept having "critical errors." The error said to reboot it & if it "didn't come back" take it to the store. I got tired of the guessing game if my printer was going to work or not one hour from the next, so I took the garbage back. Well, the second machine is also NO JOY. Constantly throws errors, IP address ALWAYS changes, so I have to re-set it up. Most the time it only works if I unplug it & plug it back in. I'd like to think I'm pretty technically savvy, but even I can't take how inconsistent this machine is. If you do decide to buy it, BUY THE WARRANTY.

    Worst printer ever

1 day past the return date Best Buy wouldn't take it back (my fault) I have been stuck with this lemon of a printer for a year. Runs periodically throughout the day with no task, disconnects from wi-fi, touch screen is impossible - need to tap/press several times before it works. I need to print and it doesn't work - I turn off and on again about every third day. Ink is more than the printer cost. If you buy this and it has a flaw - don't hesitate RETURN IT

    Not PHOTO compatible

The spec claim 3x5 to 8x14 but there are no options for 4x6, 5x7, 8x10. Do NOT buy this printer if you ever plan on printing photos on photo size paper. Every printer should support standard photo sizes, but Canon apparently doesn't know that people might want to print a photo on their printers.

I have a MX310 and Cannon does not bother after several months to provide drivers for MAC OS High Sierra. so why buy new Cannon products

Ignore the good ratings. This printer is awful!

This printer is horrible! I cannot print more than one or two pages before the paper is jamming or the printer is saying it's out of paper or the drawer is stuck. I promise you, it's the worst printer I have ever owned. I cannot get through a 15-page document without at least one error message -- and often it's a ghost message.Nothing is wrong, but the printer thinks it is. ARGH!!!!

    Buyer Beware

You would think that a multi-function machine that prints two sided could also scan two sided but this one does not. The software doesn't even give you the option of interleaving both sides if you flip them over. Worse, no where does it say specifically that scanning is one sided. Best Buy deserves some of the blame for not stating this on the website. I'm returning mine.

    No fax

Bought it believing it was an all in one with a fax. Set it up and found no fax. Repackaged it and returned it. Most companies include a fax with all in one statement, but not canon. What a pain!
