The printer quality is amazing and the cartidriges are pricey but last us a long time. The connection using wifi is hit or miss, if it's not close to the modem.

Easy install on the network. Great print quality. Purchase the High capacity replacements when you make the purchase...the starter toner doesn't last very long.

Wasn’t expecting to buy this kind of printer...very happy I brought it home with me. Easy set up and can print from computer and iPhone with just a couple clicks of the mouse.

This printer has gone beyond my expectations. Good sharp edge on color as well as black and white print. Great color on pictures too.

With the extra paper tray, this has become our main printer for contracts to brochures. It is more sensitive to paper weight and will not do pictures to framing quality. The cartridges change easily and can be set to run past the fading levels to max output numbers. Only wireless operation seems to get lost periodically due to changing WiFi connections. Sometime runs well from phones and iPads and other times I must wake up the printer to find it. Very few paper jams and easy to clear, also we tend to be sporadic in our use, running hundreds of pages the skipping half a dozen weeks to the next printing which alway jammed inkjet printers.

This printer does everything! Copies, prints faxes and email. Is dependable and trouble free. A little challenging to set up, however.

Good printer, fast, good quality printing. Using it in a home so it should last forever. Not good for printing photo's on photo paper; that's the only drawback. Connects to local WiFi easily etc.

I have used Cannon before with utmost satisfaction and this color one is an upgrade to the b/w I have had for years. No issues. This scans, copies and prints very well.

The printer works well with the software that comes with it. I have been able to scan things that I have put off for a very long time. Much easier with the document feeder than my old single sheet scanner. One problem I have found with the software is that I had to reinstall it when I changed from a wired connection from a wireless connection. I didn't see anywhere to change the IP address of the printer without running through the set-up over again.

After years with an ink jet printer, we moved to a laser and how wonderful it is. No more dried up print heads! Great even printing every sheet. Well worth the extra cost.

This is by far a great printer, the toner last super long. Very easy to set up and use. Its straight oit the box plug and play. Best investment i have ever made.

The print quality and scanning functions make this a must have for any small office. We bought two of them and are extremely happy with the purchase.

Always wanted I color laser printer. So when this one came along at the great sale price I couldn't resist. No regrets.

I like the printer except for when black ink runs out it doesn't go to color. And my biggest disappointment is that it always wants to print on both sides of the paper even when I turn it off.

Purchased the Canon wireless as the inkjet printer was always running out (or so it seemed). The Canon prints effortlessly and much quicker and quieter.
