This printer has great tech built in, and toner quality is excellent. Prints are crisp and bright. Print speed is, however, lacking, especially when duplexing, and the printer will slow down exponentially and grind to a turtle's crawl after a few minutes of running a print job.

Great wireless color printer for office but heavy for home use

Doesn’t always print docs on first attempt. Requires restart of document print. Otherwise not so bad!

Very fast print speed and very good images. Great bang for the price.

I have had this for a little over a month and works for all i need. My only complaint was that it would not fit in the car. I had to wind up taking back in store and having shipped to the house. It was here in two days with free shipping. I would recommend this printer for any small business.

I will never buy another ink jet printer again! I've had this for a few months now and I am still on the same ink cartridge! My older ink jets would have dried up already! It's more expensive to start off but so worth it in the long run not to have to buy expensive ink as often!

Great printer for small office and does great job.

Great printer. Pay attention and choose wireless or wired when you first set it up. I had no problem setting up 4 different pc’s and two I phone 8 to print to it wireless. Had lightening kill the router a week later and had no issues getting printer to connect to new router.

Great small business machine, only complaint that I have is that is is complicated to set up and maintain when it looses wireless connection - takes a minute to figure it all out! Toner's are expensive as well but do last a long time.

As far as functionalists ty is concerned, this is an excellent choice for a printer/scanner/copier. The only reason I don’t rate it 5-stars is because I couldn’t install the included software because my laptop doesn’t have a disk drive, and trying to find the correct software and drivers from Canon’s website was a pain.

Easy set-up. Good color printer. Have not tried photos yet.

Purchased the same week I had a Brother, prior to this I had an HP and it was 6 mos old would not communicate with printer, installed on APPLE computer it worked, bought a Brother to replace but jams kept occurring with the duplexer, so I bought this one and it has been great.

I've had this printer for a few months and it's a very good printer. The only problem is that when it's in the sleep mode and you attempt to printer via wifi. The printer doesn't always recognize. A simple touch of the display screen on the printer will fix it. It's not a deal breaker, but it is slightly annoying.

This is a good printer which lives up to the Canon name. However, setup is a nightmare, primarily because there is absolutely no instruction for setting up most of the features. There is no way most people are going to be able to set up many of the features without help from customer service.

The guy at the local Best Buy in Greenville SC said that this was the best printer I could buy for the money. Pretty fast copy speed. Very sharp & crisp images. I bought two of them for my gun store! Couldn’t be happier. Best printers I’ve owned in 10 years!

This is a good printer, however be aware that the toner refill is very expensive.
