This printer has been on point since day one! I can't stand a printer that goes through ink like crazy and this one is not like that. It's perfect!

I'm so glad that I finally moved up from an inkjet printer to a laser color printer. This had everything I was looking for with the flatbed double sided scanner and excelent print resolution.

This printer, copier, fax and scanner does everything very well. Two sided printing is excellent. Two sided scanning does require sheets to flipped for second side scan. Quality of images is excellent

The menu is pretty easy to navigate. Has the capacity to do A LOT. I did have to contact support to walk me through shortcuts on my desktop for scanning and they were super helpful.

Had an old canon inkjet for over 10 years and it finally needed a part that I couldn't find anywhere. This is a great upgrade. Hopefully it will last as long if not longer.

I love this printer and I really do not have a business:;however, I use this printer for personal use and I am overwhelmed with this printer. The cartridges will last for a least one year

This printer works great for one of our small office's, it allows us to scan to files on our server. Additionally, it scans both sides of the page at once for 2 sided copying.

I’m not sure whether it is my network or printer, but my printer is frequently not found, or offline when I try to print something. When it works, it works well. No complaints.

This unit is rather bulky and clunky. The print quality is good and it is fairly quick but it seems to be rather noisy compared to other units I have owned.

This was the first time I have ever found all the parameters and features that I have wanted all in one machine. This copier promises to be an efficient and economical tool.

these printer for small business or home office is great the ink last and the printer does what it is suppose to do with excellence I would definitely buy this brand again

Single pass duplex scanning is absolutely amazing. The scanning software leaves much to be desired, but the scanner on this printer saves my time by probably 80% when dealing with digitizing documents.

Get it, you won't regret it. The ink can be a little bit pricey, shop around for deals on that. The unit itself is solid and performs like a rock star! Just GET it!

I've had this printer for one year & it has been great. Canon has technical help for setting up the print & any problems that you may have with it.

So far it seems like it will meet all of our needs; it's a bit bigger than our older Laser printer yet fits in the same space. I like the ease of changing toner cartridges.

When it prints, it prints beautifully. It is, however, glitchy. It does not like being taken off the default "print from anywhere by any competent scammer" mode. If all you want to do is print with local controls without the bother of going through the printer website, you may find this irritating, as do I. I removed this option and since then have experienced various problems with printing direct from printer or doc panel. Maybe there's a way to get rid of this default entirely, but so far (week into use) I am not impressed with this HUGE problem.

Have Image Runner photo copiers and this works as well as the big machines. Toners are a little pricey and would look at Brother similar machine to save on Toner.

Worked great at first but have nit been able to get a good quality print consistently for some time now. It does have the very helpful feature of scanning and printing 2sided documents. It probably does a lot more but it looks like it takes some time and effort to get it set up to use it to its full potential. I have problems connecting via wifi at times also. I would go a different way if I were to be looking for a similar product in the future. Mainly for ease of use.

This was the best printer purchase I’ve ever purchased. I would highly recommend purchasing this printer. But buy your ink online remanufactured and save thousands

This color laser printer is awesome all the way around. The sale price at Best Buy of under $300 including tax was even more awesome. Considering the MSRP is $550.
