I purchased this laser printer while on sale. I found it to not only be an excellent value but also a high quality machine for use in my wife's home office.

I have been using an inkjet printer for my business for 8 years and my marketing person asked me to get a laser printer. I had no idea how slow my inkjet was!

Great product. Easy to connect, very user friendly. It does everything that it says it can do and it's easy to figure out how to do what you want it to do.

This printer is awesome! AirPrint ales it incredibly convenient and we print a LOT for homeschooling. It’s well priced and runs great on ink too.

I have many of these that I have purchased at different work sites. They are very dependable, workhorses, I can always count on Canon products.

Had this printer for about a month and it’s doing a good job so far. I did have to watch few videos to set it up properly. Ideally, setup can be more intuitive and less time consuming

Sometimes difficult to operate, but once I had an issue with a stripe across all my copies. Called customer service and they solved problem within a couple of minutes.

I use this for business school and home. Excellent photo quality. Great bargain for the price. Had no issues installing on wireless network

Had been searching for a printer and scanner/fax for a while and wanted something a little more heavy duty. It definitely is one of the best values in its class!

This printer works great, as far as quality, the bottom tray is a bit iffy, but other than that it works great.

I’ve needed an AirPrint printer for awhile, and finally bought one. A little more difficult to set up than expected, but once set up, it works as advertised!

I had an HP printer prior to this, so I was a bit skeptical. Set up was fast and easy...I’m completely satisfied so far, no complaints!

Great printer - but the setup is complex and the wireless and app connectivity is not stable. Supposed integrates with Apple AirPlay and other features inconsistent.

I wanted a color laser all-in-one. I am a low volume printer. After several months and about 250 printed pages I noticed an array of fine black dots on every printed page. After multiple emails to Canon tech support received no response I telephoned. The support tech was helpful. Long story short, after running all the maintenance possible (I'd already done that) she sent me a replacement black toner cartridge. That fixed the problem, until I tried to print color. Then I got the same pattern in red. I called back and long story short the tech told me the "starter toner cartridges" were probably defective, and no, Canon wouldn't replace them. Buyer beware. You might get to spend a lot of money you hadn't planned on not long after you buy the machine. The scanner works fine, most of the time. We are a Mac household. The drivers work, but the interface is awful. And I get to reboot the Canon fairly regularly to reestablish the WiFI connection. No other WiFI connected devices in the house have that problem. The touch screen is overly sensitive, and the icons not well sized for large hands (I hit a lot of wrong icons ...). It has en envelope feeder, but rather than sensing an envelope I have to go thru a complicated hassle to inform it there is an envelope, and the proper size. All in all, this could be a good machine, provided Canon sold it with real toner cartridges and not the junk starter cartridges, and if the interface was redesigned for simplicity.

This printer replaced an HP about a month ago. I have not had one connection issue. With the HP there were daily issues staying connected.

The stylish appearance, printing speed is very fast, the menu is printed friendly, and the effect is very clear.

Using this in an office where it is the main printer and it freezes when too many jobs are sent to it. Also, already having toner issue with streaking and we have only had it a month. lastly, the toner pricing is outrageous - $120 for EACH color. buyer beware.
