If you want this for wireless stay away from it. I can email from it all the time with no problem, but only about 50% of time can I print to it. So plan on hardwiring it to PC. Also the scanning clarity at 300 is still poor.

Printer has been ok for a little over a year now. Wireless printing from a mobile phone really does not work well, it is very hit or miss. Even printing from a laptop or a wireless computer is hit or miss. I get more printer offline notifications than anything. Just replaced the toner, and now all sorts of streaks appearing on printouts. Ran through all the maintenance instructions and still getting same results. Getting rather annoyed at this thing. Good thing I got the geek squad protection, this thing may be getting replaced real soon!

This would have been my 3rd canon printer but unfortunately I had to return it. The wireless printer function works perfect. The issue lies within the Scanner. Time after time of opening the scanning function it wouldn’t connect saying it was being used by another user. I ended up having to hardwire the printer so the it would bypass this issue. The scanner started working perfectly. Then the printing issues began. I would try to print a PDF and it would send the file and then quit. I’m really bummed because the capabilities of this printer is what I’m looking for but it was such a headache.

This copier has had a few quirks to get worked out. It’s a quiet a bit slower than I expected but the technical support team at canon have been helpful getting it all set up so that is a plus.

Horrible machine, first one did not work had a manufacturer error causing almisfire and would not work. Took it back to get another one the paper kept jamming and the ink is expensive and doesn’t yield what it says

Overall it's a good quality printer but less easy to use than my 10 year old brother and has had tons of issues getting our computers to stay connected wirelessly. I would probably not buy again.

Price seemed good for all the features it comes with, but the ink kept smearing on paper as it printed. Made a mess and kept having to throw out copies of everything I printed
