The lens is a great overall lens. The value is good for the lens. Let's face it, lens aren't cheap anyway. But this lens was a good value!

For the price, it is a great lens. Reviews had mentioned it was "cheap" quality but mine seems just fine. Had $50 in rewards points that I applied to it....made it all the better.

I bought it for close up pictures and was very satisfied of results. Great quality and durability. I am enjoying my canon product and the results from focusing on close ups.

I love this little lens. It's tack sharp, fast, light, and CHEAP!! Build quality isn't great. The AF is slow and noisy but at this price there is no better lens out there.

I've been looking at a few fixed lenses for a while and finally decided to buy this one, and I have been happy with the decision ever since I chose this lens.

It's my go to lens for my videos, as well as, my products for my e-shop. It does feel a bit cheap and is a little noisy because of it's plastic casing, but that does not take away from it's performance. It's a beast especially at this price range.

lovely lens,takes wonderful pictures and crystal video. possibly the only downside is if youre on autofocus, filming and moving, there's going to be a lot of noise from the refocusing but this is easily avoidable.
