Very lightweight lens and works very well with both my Canon T4i and my new D80. I will use the lens for mainly storm chasing but needed to get some pictures of a recent patio upgrade and it was nice to be able to get the entire patio into one frame. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

A very good lens, cheaper than any wide lens such as sigma. Images quality were good. Light lens which is good for traveling

My first car was a Toyota Tercel with no AC, no radio, and no power steering. But it was a solid car, and absolutely reliable. I think I'm a better driver because that car forced me to understand how to drive well with its limitations. This lens reminds me of that car. It's a solid, reliable lens with a great angle of view. At the same time, it's got some serious limitations, so you have to learn to work with it. My main gripe is that at higher f stops, it's basically useless. Try taking a picture at f/16 or higher and you'll see what I mean. Even at lower f stops, this lens really needs good lighting. But for a beginner, it's a great way to learn how to properly use a wide angle lens.

I've read good things about this lens on web review sites. I bought the 10-18mm for a hiking vacation that will involve landscape photos. I wanted a good lens for my 70D that doesn't weigh a lot. Combined with the 18-55mm and 55-250mm, I have coverage for any situation I may encounter.

Great lens for getting landscape photos. The motor is very quiet and smooth in auto focus while taking video.

This lens does exactly as it is supposed to. It is a very wide angle zoom lens which goes from very wide to wide. It is a great piece of equipment to add to your arsenal of Canon photography equipment

A great ultra-wide lens at a great price. When the kit lens maxes out at 18mm this lens steps in and covers the field quite nicely. It's very handy for tight spaces. The lens is very quiet and matches the other lens in my T3i kit perfectly. Another winner from Canon at a great price point.

It does everything that I need and more. It's a great lens for interior residential photos. It's also a good lens for outdoor landscape shots.

I find that many pictures look better when a wider shot is taken. This lens has become more valuable as time goes by. Waterfalls, beaches, and so many more scenic photos all at times can look better with this lens. It's a great asset to my photography.

I needed a wide angle lens to get full frame shots of interiors for my real estate business. This does the trick very nicely. The only issue is that I needed a better flash that illuminates the edges of the shot as the built in flash only properly the center of the shot.

Optically the lens is excellent, it provides sharp wide angle images from my 7D Mark II. It has become my go-to lens for landscape photography. The downside to the lens is that it is a plastic body and is not water resistant. So take extra care when using this lens.

I have a Cannon EOS Rebel T3i with 18-55 & 75-300 lenses. This gives me the wide angle that I have been missing.

As a Realtor I take a lot of interior photos, and getting those photos to look good can be very difficult. This lens has been perfect.

A must for the Gear bag. Used it in Alaska cruise to capture cramped area and wide open vista. Just make sure to stand away from the edge of the picture to avoid fisheye effect when taking group pics

I use this this Wide Angles lens on Camcorder Canon C100 Mark II for a good Wide shots. Its good during daytime at night you will need more lights to get the clarity of the video.

I bought this to replace my 10-22mm lens that was stolen and I like it better than that lens. Best of all it costs less! Great images, quiet motor when using it for video, I highly recommend it!
