Good for casual user
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a casual user that would have more auto settings used than manual, the lens is perfectly fine. As a walk around lens it is perfect. My experience was a bit different, where I felt my nifty fifty has better quality. The EF vs EF-S difference is apparent on a crop sensor. I use a 60D and it is true when they say with an EF lens you really hit a sweet spot on the glass while with the EF-S the quality isn't so great.

Don't waste your money

fair product...not worth the money spent

The only feature that really pleases me is that it is good for daily walks as it is not very long. I've shown this to 2 of my friends and they are not pleased either.

Front focus

The lens in very small and light weight as to be expected but the quality was not there...I would not recommend this lens
