One of my favorite improvements includes the change from a push-pull zoom mechanism to a rotation-type zoom ring with adjustable torque.

Great for outdoor sports

I am able to get a ton of crisp, clear action shots. Daytime pictures come out fantastic. The f stop of this lens is not that great for night or indoor pictures but if gotten some wonderful shots by compensating with a high ISO. I use this with my Canon 7D MarkII.

Best Buy return policy on this item sucks otherwise I would give it a 5star. Make sure this is your final decision before buying this item. Repacking fees are ridiculous.
