Decent lens for a great price - must have. I have taken a number of photos so far with great results.

There’s no better lens for the price. Shots are comparable to my much more expensive lens except for at the extreme apertures.

Like just wow this lens gives me so much life. It's top notch depth of field and overall a premium prime lens that you need.

it takes a little time to get used to not using auto focus but once i got the hang of it the pics come out great and clear

This is a great first lens for beginning photographers. It's very affordable, fast and offers great quality for the price. If you are an intermediate photographer, I recommend going with the 1.4 because the difference in colors, distortion, and boca will be worth the price jump. This shouldn't deteer beginners because adjustments can be made in post and it is so, so much sharper and better than any kit lens.

This is an amazing camera lens that takes superb pictures. Very inexpensive for the quality you get. Highly recommended!

Got this lens when I purchased the Rebel T7. This is such an inexpensive lens compared to other lenses and a good quality! I only take photos of my family and friends, so this works perfectly for me.

Great lens to start with. I will eventually buy the more expensive 50 but this is a great lens on a budget. Captures great photos.

This is a great lens and the quality is excellent! The only thing is that it took a few shots to get used to being a fixed zoom lens, with me having to move forward or backward as needed. But, once I got the hang of this, no issues at all. Overall the lens feels very high quality, this one having a metal ring vs. the plastic on it's predecessor. Small and compact as well, which is nice. Plus, for the price, you really can not go wrong. This is a no-brainer to add to your lens inventory!

Wow. I think this lens is a must have for any photography enthusiast who may want to go beyond the basic lens kit usually found in DSLR cameras. I am an amateur photographer and take pictures mainly of my family and I can only tell you that this lens is amazing. It's easy to use and you'll notice right away that you want to bring this lens everywhere.
