I absolutely love this lens. I haven’t had any issues with it. It takes great pictures and it rarely leaves my camera. Great in low light and creates some amazing bokeh.

This nifty fifty is a GREAT purchase for those on a budget. although it won’t get you that crazy “bokeh” effect, like a 1.2 or 1.4 would, this is still a great investment and addiction to any starting photog’s bag.

Bought this for my girlfriend for an early Christmas present, she absolutely loves it, would highly recommend this for any starting photographers!

Good price and the quality of cannon lens is unique

I love this lens! I use this for portrait shots. The highest Apertures allows me to get my images how I want my images to come out. A great addition to the lens family

Absolutely love this lens! The images are so much sharper than my other lens. Minot crazy about how much it is zoomed in already compared to other lens but if you have room to move around and back up from your subject it's great

As usual, our focus (pardon the pun) is on Canon products for their superior quality and performance. Once again this holds true of this excellent lens, which is great for the price. Clarity and ease of use is excellent.

Amazing quality lens shots and great quality photos

Bought this lens at the request of my daughter for Christmas. She is getting into photography and wanted something that improves the quality of taking pictures of things that are moving, such as sporting events. She says it works well.

For the cheapest lens in Canon's EF lineup, this one is a very good value. Doesn't have the cheap feel of some of the other lenses, and while it is a far cry from an L lens, the picture quality is pretty good.

Was looking for this one after purchasing Canon 6d mark II, to start with exploring and as beginner I found to be the best lens to start with indoor and some landscape photography.

I just got into photography and this was the first lens that I bought. It takes real clear pictures and I love how they come out. I would definitely recommend especially if you’re just starting out.

Love it! Tested it by taking pics of the babies, a Chihuahua, and dingo mix. Pictures look amazing and definitely tell the difference between this lens and the one the camera came with. Definitely recommend it for portraits!

Everyone says that you need this lens in your collection & they are right! The pictures are so sharp and the bokeh is actually pretty great. An excellent lens even for a novice photographer!
