Im a newbie to the photography life, but knew this would be my first lens to purchase other than the kit lens and it was worth it. small and not bulky, crystal clear photos. worth it.

This lens is excellent and a must have for any photographer. It's small, versatile and gets great images. I highly recommend it. Excellent in low light.

My son does automotive photography and he says this lens is perfect for the job. You definitely need to buy a circular polarizer for it but other than that, he says you're good to go.

Great lens, take great photos with the cannon t6. I love it

I’m no professional but I’m tire of “editing” pics to get that bokeh look. Did some research and it shows that this lens does it in one shot. I’ve just purchased it month April 2020 and hadn’t really had much time with it yet so I can’t really say. One con about this lens is u can’t zoom in/out keep that in mind.

This is the #1 lens that has been recommended to me by my photography friends. While on vacation I finally splurged on it and was not disappointed. I got great pictures with sharp details.

This lens is great for beginners and hobbyist. Price is great especially if you have rewards to use on it. Pictures are very clear and crisp. Lens is very well built and size makes it easy to carry or fit into any bag. It takes some getting used to because it's wider than the usual kit zoom lenses that cameras usually come with. But with practice you can achieve a lot with this lens.

It's easy to get sidetracked with the complexity surrounding lenses. So it was with a bit of trepidation that I purchased this lens. No need to worry - it takes shockingly good pictures.

This is a very good lens with excellent pricing. My first use produced a clear picture with a slightly blurred background of my cat and dog lying down in the bushes.
