good entry-level lens

For the price, the performance is excellent with her Canon SL1. Only downside is that Best Buy does not carry 49mm UV filters in stores. No problem if you buy online, as they offer a good selection of them.

Still, I have no complaints, it sure helps keep the DSLR lighter and more portable too!
