    The lens has amazing auto focus, but does not have internal stabilization.

    This was my first lens purchase aside from the lenses that came with my camera. I bought it after several learning sessions with a friend and my new camera; he recommended I get a 50mm lens. I like the lens, it works great. As I am still new to DSLR photography, I did have some difficulty getting the hang of this lens at first.

    Bought this as an armature photographer to go along with my Canon Rebel T7i. The T7i comes with an 18-55mm zoom lens, and I would recommend against buying this lens to anyone who already has the versatile 18-55mm.
