So much bang for your buck, This is a great versatile lens, I use it for just about everything. It's a nice solid lens. It's excellent for low light situations where you don't want to use a flash. Heads up, if you have a cropped sensor this becomes an approximately 80mm lens.

No matter how many other lenses you may have. This is must have item for your needs. Captures really great photos.

Sharpness, it's all about it. But don't go up to the max aperture if you want more sharpness. Great lens for carrying around during travel. Best for portraits and street photography. Not able to zoom is a drawback, but you have the best quality image.

This lens is beyond necessary. Don’t get me wrong, I love the lenses that the camera came with, however, they were a little too big for every day use. This lens is exactly what I was looking for and can’t wait to take it on my next hike!

I heard many great reviews from other photographers ....But I was kind of worried having a cropped sensor camera ,how I'd like it . Having a cropped sensor makes this lens closer to a 75mm. But I'm loving this lens and the 1.8 aperture!!

Before I bought this lens I did a lot of research and it definitely paid off. I found exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was wanting to spend. The bokeh effects are really nice when shooting portraits and the autofocus is pretty fast. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Great addition to my camera bag. Great quality lens resulting in sharp portraits. Nice creamy background helps the subject stand out. I would recommend it.

Love this lens!! Was looking at one for a lot more but saw reviews on this one and decided I could spare $125 to try it out! This is my new favorite lens! If you’re thinking about it get it!

This lens is fast and pictures are sharp! It is built solid and should be in every camera bag. I have not truly tested video on it but Im sure it will do great. It gets good lighting and honestly its just a fun lens to use for candid shots! For the Price, why even ask just get it!

This lens is awesome, and the most amazing part is the price. We use this lens mostly for outdoor family photos, engagement pics, etc. Once you try it you won't want to use anything else. The picture quality and bokeh produced is incredible and compares to high-end lenses.

This is a great lens, glad I bought it but...it does not have any capacity to zoom in or out. I knew that before the purchase, just didn't realize I would miss it as much as I do. Great lens though, just be aware that you will physically be moving back and forth.

Best lent for portraits... i love it and for the price you cant definitely go wrong. Totally worth it
