I would not recommend it unless you are in a studio or open space where you can move around to get the shots you want.

Good performance, excellent price for a f/1.8 lens

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a standard autofocus lense with a small aperture that wouldn't break the bank. The kit lenses for the Canon 77D have too large an aperture to shoot low light or experiment with depth of field. This lens fit the bill perfectly. I'm going to have a lot of fun with it.
