Terrible Customer Service at Best Buy 1410

If you are looking for the lens review, please stop here. I needed some assistance using a gift card that was associated with my account and it was ridiculous the way the store handled the situation. They had absolutely no clue on what they are talking about. Untrained, unprofessional, jerkish attitude people. Puke.
